We were supposed to go to Disneyland on the girls' birthday, but I got sick the night before. Even though it didn't go as planned, it turned out to be a pretty special day after all. It started off with waking up to balloons and homemade cards from their friend Luke on the door (which suprisingly balanced out the disappointment of hearing they were not going to go to their favorite place...thanks Tara and Luke!).
